Leadership

Pastor Mark answered the call to ministry on Easter Sunday in 1990 and has served churches throughout North Carolina and the Lowcountry of South Carolina. He attended Fruitland Baptist Bible College, Wingate University, and Covington Theological Seminary, holds a practitioner degree in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and has served in roles including Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor, Missions Pastor, Minister of Creative Arts, and Senior Pastor. Since moving to the Lowcountry, he has also served as a supply pastor for churches in South Carolina, Florida, and Georgia.

Pastor Mark is married to his soulmate, Crystall, and together they have raised five children—David, Adam, Noah, Lydia, and Levi—and are blessed with a grandson, Luke, along with two daughters-in-law, Rachel and Kathryn, a son-in-law, Joey, and three fur babies. Previously, their family traveled with 3XC Creative Ministries, teaching puppetry, supporting children’s church ministries, and providing conflict-resolution training in collaboration with One Way Street Creative Ministries. In December 2024, Pastor Mark began serving at Shell Point and is excited to lead the church in reaching the lost and building God’s Kingdom.
